These General Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on the bechicgroup.com website, managed by Be Chic s.r.l. with registered office in Corso Uberto l, 30 - Ficarazzi (PA) 90010, VAT number 07237430827.

Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer declares that he or she has read and accepted these Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Return Policy in force at the time of the order.
Prices
Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are indicated separately before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; those displayed at the time of the order apply.
Conclusion of the Contract
The order constitutes a purchase offer. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders due to product unavailability, obvious pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent use, promptly notifying the customer.
Payment
The payment methods listed on the checkout page are accepted. Transactions are processed via certified secure gateways. We do not store card details on our systems.
Shipping
Shipping times are approximate. Any courier delays are beyond our control. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged or tampered with upon receipt, you must notify the courier and contact us within 7 days.

Legal Guarantee
All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. of the Consumer Code.
Competent Court
