Return Policy

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide any reason.

Withdrawal is exercised through the "My Orders" section of your account. From the request, you have an additional 14 days to ship the product; shipping costs are your responsibility.

Conditions for accepting returns:

• Product intact, unused, and undamaged.
• Original labels and tags still present.
• Original packaging, undamaged.
• All accessories included in the original packaging.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods due to use other than that necessary to verify their characteristics and functioning.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005): customized products, products sealed for hygiene reasons if opened, products that have been mixed with other goods after delivery.
