You have 14 days from delivery to return one or more products.

You are entitled to a full refund, excluding shipping costs; you are responsible for returning the product.

The refund will be made after we have received and verified that the product is intact.

How to do it:

1. Log in to your account on bechicgroup.com and go to "My Orders" or search for the order with the order number and email.
2. Open the order and click on "Request Return".
3. Select the products to return and confirm.
4. Follow the shipping instructions.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Banking circuit processing times may delay crediting.
